Did you know that Justin Ledet is unbeaten in both his UFC and MMA career?

More from Fightline

The light heavyweight fights this Sunday at UFC Fight Night 134 against Aleksandar Rakic in a prelim bout on FOX Sports 1. The event takes place from Hamburg, Germany and the Barclaycard Arena.

Ledet, a 29-year-old from Texas who fights out of the Gracia Barra Texas gym, has scored three consecutive wins since a no-contest with Brice Ritani-Coe prior to signing with the UFC. His run includes a submission vs. Mark Godbeer in 2016 around decisions over Zu Anyanwu and Chase Sherman.

It’s been a rough couple of years for Ledet, as a failed drug test for a contaminated supplement caused him to miss time.

However, now that he is back, this is a perfect time for him to find his rhythm and make a statement.

Of his nine career wins, seven have been finishes – including five via submission. His rear-naked choke on Godbeer in Northern Ireland earned him a “Performance of the Night” bonus.

Ledet’s athleticism can be pointed back to his pre-MMA days, as he was a member of the NCAA Div. II Texas A&M University-Kingsville basketball program and a standout in the Houston-area.
