Sunday’s UFC Fight Night 126 card has suffered an injury, as former Invicta FC champion Livia Renata Souza will not make her Octagon debut.

Souza was scheduled to face off against Jessica Aguilar in a strawweight affair on FOX Sports 1 as part of the main card from the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas.

With 11 wins in 12 fights, the former Invicta FC titleholder was signed by the UFC to add depth and contenders to the strawweight division. Aguilar, a former champion, is 19-6 overall and still searching for her first UFC win following back-to-back defeats.

The injury to Souza was first reported by MMABrasil.com as a fractured hand. Officials have yet to confirm if Aguilar will remain in the lineup, which includes a main event between former title challenger Donald Cerrone and Yancy Medeiros.
