Colby Covington did exactly what he said he would do at UFC 225.
Covington scored a decision victory vs. Rafael dos Anjos Saturday night inside the United Center in Chicago, becoming the interim welterweight champion in the process.
The win likely sets Covington up for a collision with UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley later this year. And as you might have expected, the two already started up the trash talking:

Covington is to Welterweight as Esparza is to Strawweight. Same style of getting the job done. (FYI thought she got robbed tonight) #UFC225

I'm betting for RDA to win tonight, but to be honest, I'd cheer for basically any fast-moving object heading toward Colby Covington's face. #ufc225
