Jose Aldo gets his shot at redemption Saturday night, challenging Max Holloway for the UFC featherweight title at UFC 218.
The event takes place from the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, with bouts airing live on UFC Fight Pass, FOX Sports 1 and pay-per-view.
Earlier this year, Holloway unified the belts with a finish vs. Aldo. The Hawaiian became the first American to wear the 145-pound title after Aldo and Conor McGregor had previously claimed it.
Aldo became the champion and Holloway the interim titleholder after McGregor knocked out the Brazilian. McGregor never defended the belt and was stripped of it after winning the lightweight title.
Along with Holloway-Aldo, Alistair Overeem meets Francis Ngannou in a heavyweight showdown, Henry Cejudo and Sergio Pettis square off in a key flyweight affair, The Ultimate Fighter 26 coaches Eddie Alvarez and Justin Gaethje square off, and Tecia Torres takes on Michelle Waterson at strawweight.
