While in New York City at the NBCUniversal Upfront event, former UFC champion Ronda Rousey was challenged.

In a bit of a twist – which the WWE loves – current Raw female champion Nia Jax challenged Rousey for a match at Money in the Bank next month.

After deliberating for a bit, and stating that she didn’t believe she was ready for the match, Rousey accepted.

The event is set for June 17 from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois and comes just months after Rousey made her official WWE debut at WrestleMania in a tag team match with Kurt Angle vs. Stephanie McMahon and Triple H.

Money in the Bank streams live on WWE Network and will also feature AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE championship, along with a pair of Money in the Bank ladder matches for future title fights both in the men’s and women’s divisions.
