An intriguing set of fights started off with a bang earlier tonight (Sat., Nov. 4, 2017) at UFC 217 from inside Madison Square Garden in New York City, as Ricardo Ramos landed one of the best spinning elbows you’ll ever see when he stopped Aiemann Zahabi via third-round knockout.

It wasn’t an easy road for Ramos over the course of the first two rounds, as Zahabi blasted him with crisp jabs and brutal uppercuts on the end of combinations. But out of nowhere, Ramos launched a spinning attack with his back along the cage that caught the Tristar Gym prospect flush on the chin.

With this performance, Ramos locks down his second-straight win in the UFC’s bantamweight division. The 22-year-old has a lot of work to do heading into 2018, but more finishes like this will certainly help him stand out.
