Go behind-the-scenes with two-time Olympic judo gold medalist and future MMA star Kayla Harrison as she prepares for her PFL debut in 2018.

In the fifth episode of the weekly series, Harrson assesses her progress so far, discusses the importance of the team she’s assembled around her and has a warning for anyone who might be planning to step into the cage with her.

“It takes a village to make a champion,” says Harrison, who is working with coaches on her Muay Thai, boxing and Jiu-Jitsu.

The 27-year-old Harrison claimed gold at both the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics in judo, along with winning the 2010 World Championships and 2015 Pan American Games.

A former training partner of Ronda Rousey, Harrison has been working with the PFL as an announcer while preparing for her in-cage debut. She is expected to compete at 145 pounds.
