Jose Aldo will get the chance to reclaim his UFC featherweight title, as the Brazilian steps in to meet Max Holloway at UFC 218.

Aldo, a former champion in the division, replaces Frankie Edgar after “The Answer” was forced out with an injury.

Holloway previously unified the belts with a victory over Aldo.

UFC 218 takes place December 2 from Detroit and the Little Caesars Arena. Aldo was booked to face Ricardo Lamas in a rematch later this year.
