After the UFC grabbed Megan Anderson for July’s UFC 214 event, Invicta FC looked to its own roster for a replacement.

Current bantamweight champion Tonya Evinger will now meet Helena Holesnyk at Invicta FC 24 in the main event. The bout will be contested at featherweight, but will be a three-round non-title fight.

The card airs live on UFC Fight Pass July 15 from Kansas City. Invicta allowed Anderson out of her contract to face Cris Cyborg for the vacant UFC featherweight title.

“We’re not making it easy for Helena over here,” Invicta FC President Shannon Knapp stated in a press release. “She’s gone from one champion (in Anderson) to another now with Tonya. I’m thankful that our athletes — and especially Tonya Evinger — are always ready and willing to accept a challenge. I have the utmost respect for both these main event fighters and I’m expecting a great fight on July 15.”
