Anchor Arms FTW!

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) flyweight attraction, Paige VanZant, was forced to remove herself from the UFC 216 pay-per-view (PPV) event earlier this month after re-aggravating a pre-existing back injury when training for opponent Jessica Eye, which prompted a mandatory timeout from her physician.

The good news for “12 Gauge” fans is that VanZant is already back in the gym working on her Octagon return, which may or may not come against the “Evil” one later this year. Eye was not rebooked after UFC 216 and is currently single and horny available.

As for VanZant? Roll the tape!

IM BACK!!!! Let’s go baby! Back healing up. Come get it!! #12gauge

This dance was better.

VanZant (7-3) jumped out to three straight wins after making her Octagon debut in late 2014; however, she’s since gone 2-2 and got tapped twice in submission losses to Rose Namajunas and Michelle Waterson. Perhaps eliminating a grueling weight cut will improve her chances.

We’ll find out later this year.
