McGregor is charged with strong-arm robbery and criminal mischief, and was booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail. The incident in question took place earlier in the day.
Update: Dmitriy Shakhnevich, a New York-based lawyer, told FightLine that it is possible McGregor’s case in New York is re-opened due to this latest incident.
“He may have violated the conditions of his case in NY. They can technically resurrect that case now if the Brooklyn DA so chooses!”
