It was just a matter of time before The Real Housewives of Sacramento was back on the air.

In case you missed it, or had enough sense to ignore it, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw had a falling out with Team Alpha Male (TAM) after aligning himself with Duane Ludwig over Urijah Faber.

More on how that went down here and here.

In the months that followed, more dirt was dished from both sides (along with some input from “Mystic Mac”) and the rivalry intensified. In the latest development, TAM prodigy and reigning 135-pound titleholder Cody Garbrandt accused Dillashaw of intentionally injuring teammates in practice.

From Joe Rogan’s podcast (via MMA Fighting):

“Cheap shots at the bell, in boxing he’d knee you. Dirty shit. Just dumb shit. It’s just [the dirty stuff] at the end of the bell, knees – that’s why Chris [Holdsworth] is out. He kneed him in the back of the head. Concussions. That’s the truth. Chris is a killer, dude. Chris is fucking him up. Chris is an animal. And I guess Chris choked him out and T.J. got up and fucking kneed him in the back of the head when he was down. I don’t respect him as a person but it doesn’t mean I don’t respect him as a fighter. The guy is skillful, he’s mean as fuck, and he’s gonna bring a fight that’s gonna be what I love. He was ranked in the pound-for-pound top 10 before. He’s a killer. I’m gonna catapult my career with him.”

That remains to be seen.

Garbrandt and Dillashaw were paired off as opposing coaches for The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 25 earlier this year and were expected to collide at UFC 213; however, “No Love” strained his back and was forced to postpone.

But not for long.

They’ll now do the deed in the co-main event of the upcoming UFC 217: “Bisping vs. St-Pierre” pay-per-view (PPV) event, scheduled for Sat., Nov. 4, 2017 inside Madison Square Garden in New York City.
