The lineup for the upcoming BAMMA event in London on June 28 continues to take shape, as officials announced three new fights recently.

More from Fightline

Joining a main event featuring Rhys McKee defending his lightweight title vs. Terry Brazier will be David Khalsa vs. John Nicholls, Cameron Hardy vs. Kingsley Crawford and Jahreau Shepherd vs. Karl Donaldson.

With a brand new multi fight deal signed, Khalsa continues his quest to climb to the very top of the rankings and an eventual title shot in the Featherweight division. After starting out his pro career by dispatching two highly regarded prospects in Cian Cowley and Charlie Boy Howard, Khalsa then went on to lose his next two. With the losses now behind him and with additional training at Trojan Fighters, Khalsa is determined to get back to winning ways.

Nicholls is following a similar path to Khalsa, having followed victory in his first two bouts with two losses. ‘No Mercy’ is ready to exhibit just that in this bout at York Hall, as he puts ‘Demolition Man’ firmly in his sights.

Hardy makes his second appearance at BAMMA after two recent highlight reel KOs. Starting to make waves in the Featherweight division and with the team from Gym01 in his corner, Hardy goes into his bout with Kingsley Crawford full of confidence.

Making his BAMMA debut at York Hall, Crawford is another young up and coming talent that is talked about as a future title contender in many circles. Under the watchful eye of Lightweight title contender Steve ‘The Spartan’ O’Keeffe at Revolution Martial Arts, Crawford has a lot to prove and has the perfect stage on which to do it. Cameron Hardy undoubtedly presents Crawford with his toughest test to date, and all eyes will be on the rising star to see if he can overcome this challenge.

Bouncing back from a debut loss with a stoppage of Marcin Zwyica at Bellator London, ‘The Nightmare’ is wasting no time as he looks to capitalise on his first pro win. Shepherd is renowned for fast explosive finishes and he’s promising another one against Donaldson on June 28th.

Donaldson is no stranger to battles. A verteran of Boxing and K1 bouts, Donaldson turned his aggressive go forward style to MMA. Donaldson has no doubts that he matches Shepherd in the power punching department, and this could be a matter who lands first as they come face to face at York Hall.
