David Branch capped off a night of decisions at World Series of Fighting 30 Saturday, retaining his middleweight championship with a victory over Clifford Starks.
The bout served as the main event for the NBC Sports Network card. Branch remained a two-division champion, as he also holds the light heavyweight belt.
In the co-main event, Jon Fitch finally became a champion, earning a decision over Joao Zeferino to crown a new welterweight titleholder. Fitch had previously competed for the UFC belt, falling to Georges St-Pierre.
