The fight card for UFC on FOX 11 this April is rapidly filling up, as officials tabbed three new fights for the event late Tuesday night.
In the lightweight division, Khabib Nurmagomedov will face off with Rafael dos Anjose and Pat Healy takes on Jorge Masvidal. At middleweight, Brad Tavares meets Yoel Romero.
The event goes down April 19 from Florida’s Amway Center in Orlando. The main event features heavyweight contenders Fabricio Werdum and Travis Browne.
Nurmagomedov (21-0) is a perfect 5-0 since signing with the UFC. He was rumored for matches with Gilbert Melendez and Nate Diaz recently after wins over Thiago Tavares, Abel Trujillo and Healy.
Dos Anjos (20-6) holds a 9-4 all-time UFC record. He was expected to meet Rustam Khabilov, but a hand injury knocked him out. The Brazilian has won five straight, including victories over Donald Cerrone and Evan Dunham.
Healy (31-17) has yet to win a fight inside the Octagon in two appearances with the promotion. He was topped by Nurmagomedov and Bobby Green in his most recent bouts.
Masvidal (25-8) is a fellow former Strikeforce contender like Healy. He has gone 2-1 in three UFC matches, including wins over Tim Means and Michael Chiesa.
Tavares (12-1) scored his fifth straight victory by defeating Lorenz Larkin last month. All five of his wins during his streak have come via decision.
Romero (7-1) is looking to continue his knockout streak, as he has won all seven of his fights by stoppage. He had his perfect record snapped by Derek Brunson recently.
