The UFC’s flyweight division hasn’t caused much of a stir in terms of controversy or trash-talking, but that appears to be changing.
Fighters Ian McCall and Louis Gaudinot have had a long history of calling the other out, and it intensified on Twitter recently.
McCall, coming off a win over Iliarde Santos to improve his record to 12-4-1, posted, “(Gaudinot) how did my hair cut work out for you? Grow your ugly hair back out. At least I don’t have to beat your (expletive) now.”
“Uncle Creepy” was asked by a follower why he didn’t like The Ultimate Fighter alum, to which he stated, “not quite sure. It’s his face. I just wanna punch it.”
Gaudinot, coming off a loss to Tim Elliot, didn’t let the challenge go unnoticed, replying with “And I love how you talk so much smack but shake my hand when u see me” adding the hashtag fake.
McCall didn’t stop there, saying, “I’ll just have to slap you next time I see you. Show you how fake I am.”
Maybe we will have a chance to see these two settle things inside the Octagon in the near future.
