The UFC kicked off a Saturday doubleheader from Ireland with UFC Fight Night 99.

Middleweight contender Gegard Mousasi earned revenge against Uriah Hall, finishing him in the first round of their main event fight from Dublin, Northern Ireland. The entire card streamed live on UFC Fight Pass.

Hall, a former Ultimate Fighter runner-up, had stunned Mousasi in the first meeting. The former Strikeforce champion has won each of his last four fights now since.

Stevie Ray earned a split decision over Ross Pearson in the co-main event. Ray, a 26-year-old from Scotland, was coming off a loss to Alan Patrick and improved to 4-1 inside the Octagon.

Pearson has lost three in a row and is just 1-4 over his last five fights. All of those have taken place this calendar year for the former Ultimate Fighter winner.

In a heavyweight battle, Alexander Volkov picked up a split decision over Timothy Johnson. The bout was the UFC debut for Volkov, a former Bellator champion who has won three in a row now.

Artem Lobov, a training partner of Conor McGregor, earned a decision win over Teruto Ishihara to open the main card.

Jack Marshman had a convincing win to conclude the prelims, finishing Magnus Cedenblad in the second round. Marion Renau also had a stoppage via strikes, besting Milana Dudieva.

Kevin Lee submitted Magomed Mustafaev, Justin Ledet did the same to Mark Godbeer in a heavyweight contest and Zak Cummings locked in an armbar on Alexander Yakovlev.

Kyoji Horiguchi, Amanda Cooper and Brett Johns all had decision wins.

Abdul Razak Alhassan had the most impressive prelim finish, opening the show with a 53-second knockout of Charlie Ward.

Alhassan, Ledet, Lee and Marshman all scored “Performance of the Night” bonuses and $50,000 each.

The live gate was announced at $850,000 with an attendance of 7,222 inside The SSE Arena.
