Set for June 18 from The Arena at TD Place in Ottawa, the card features Rory MacDonald vs. Stephen Thompson in the main event.
Yamamoto (18-6) is winless over three UFC fights, including a three-year break that saw his return fight vs. Roman Salazar end in a no-contest.
Beal (10-2) is on a two-fight losing streak after opening his career with a 10-fight win streak.
