Sam Sicilia was a quick finisher before joining the UFC. He hasn’t won any post-fight bonuses for the UFC, but hopes to change that at today’s UFC Fight Night 32.
“Let’s just say I am always bonus hunting,” said Sicilia to MMA Fighting. “I am always looking to cause serious damage [rather] than to win on points. I want to win in a fashion that I can be proud of. Almost winning $50,000 is much worse than not having a shot at it. Believe me, I want that sucker.”
In the closing prelim bout, it’s Sicilia taking on Godofredo Castro.
Sicilia is 1-2 for the UFC and dropped his last two. Before coming to the UFC, he finished nine of his opponents in the opening round.
Pepey is 9-2 and is the runner-up from The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil. This year, he’s 1-1 for the UFC and is coming off a loss of Felipe Arantes.
UFC Fight Night 32 comes from Brazil’s Goiânia Arena. It’s later today, November 9.
