On the heels of a press conference for UFC 205 Tuesday, the promotion confirmed a second championship match for the November card.
Recently, welterweight titleholder Tyron Woodley announced that he would be defending his belt against No. 1 contender Stephen Thompson at the November 12 card from Madison Square Garden.
The fight is now official, joining a strawweight title fight between Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Karolina Kowalkiewicz.
Other fights include Donald Cerrone-Kelvin Gastelum, Miesha Tate-Raquel Pennington and Frankie Edgar-Jeremy Stephens.
Rumors of a possible main event fight being announced Tuesday have started to spread, focusing on Conor McGregor challenging Eddie Alvarez for the lightweight title.
