UFC officials have made a change to the card for UFC 191 in September, as Anthony Johnson now faces Jimi Manuwa.
Originally, “Rumble” was scheduled to face Jan Blachowicz. Instead, Blachowicz faces former Ultimate Fighter winner Corey Anderson.
Set for September 5 from Las Vegas, UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson defends his title against John Dodson in the main event.
Johnson (19-5) had his nine-fight win streak snapped by Daniel Cormier recently for the light heavyweight title. He had scored wins over the likes of Andrei Arlovski, Alexander Gustafsson and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira during his run.
Manuwa (14-1) rebounded from his first career loss to Gustafsson in April by earning a decision over Blachowicz.
The 32-year-old Blachowicz (18-4) had his six-fight win streak snapped by Manuwa, while Anderson (5-1) suffered his first pro defeat at the hands of Gian Villante in April.
