F**k The Fame!
Former No. 1 contender in the UFC women’s bantamweight division, Cat Zingano, speaks on why she enjoys the fight game so much. Coming off a series of knee injuries which put her out of a big opportunity to coach on The Ultimate Fighter and face champion Ronda Rousey at the end of the road, along with her tragic loss of her husband (read about it right here), the rock solid 135er is all set to make her big return to the Octagon opposite the streaking Amanda Nunes this Saturday (Sept. 27, 2014) to kick off the main card of UFC 178: Johnson vs Cariaso. She is nearly on weight and ready to go (click here to see the bathroom selfie) and is days away from walking through those cage doors.
Can Cat prove that so much adversity hasn’t taken affect on her fighting abilities, or does Nunes roll through her with ease and put her name into title contention?
We’ll find out soon enough.
