We head back to the bantamweights for the final time tonight, as Yves Jabouin (19-9) takes on Mike Easton (13-4).

Jabouin has spent the last five years of his career competing under the Zuffa umbrella, going 1-2 in the WEC and 4-3 with the UFC. Easton is looking to snap a three-fight losing skid after winning eight in a row from 2008-12.

Round 1: Easton throwing combos and he catches an inadvertent eye poke. Easton appears upset about the poke, coming after Jabouin. Big right hand and a kick, but Jabouin scores a takedown. Another trip takedown and Jabouin is in guard. Easton this time with a takedown of his own and he is working in side control. Unable to secure the kimura, Jabouin gets to his feet.

Round 2: Huge overhand right by Jabouin misses and allows Easton to land a good 1-2 to the body. Power takedown by Easton, but it’s Jabouin who gains the upper-hand, switching to the back with an over-under. Jabouin sweeps the legs out and scores another takedown. Jabouin catches him against the fence, landing a left-right and a knee to the body. Not much action and the ref stands them up, but Jabouin was able to do enough to secure the round in his favor.

Round 3: Jabouin in a position of control, as Easton’s corner told him he needs a finish and to fight with a sense of urgency. Jabouin in complete control, on top and in mount, but Easton grabs hold for a possible kimura. He switches and is on top, but he is unable to hold the move. He’s in side control as we go under a minute and Jabouin looks exhausted.
