The UFC’s decision to bolster the year-end UFC 168 card paid off, as the prelims on FOX Sports 1 were watched by over 1.5 million people.
According to numbers released recently, the two-hour, four-fight card was watched by an average of 1,554,000 viewers – the second-most watched prelims since the switch to FS1.
Since the initial launch of FS1, the program ranks fifth on the all-time shows watched list.
In the prelim main event, Uriah Hall stopped Chris Leben after the first round.
The post-fight show, also on FS1, was the most-watched of its kind, generating 313,000 viewers to hear what happened to Anderson Silva after his loss in the main event to UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman.
