Cody McKenzie, who was featured on The Ultimate Fighter 12 that included Georges St-Pierre and Josh Koscheck as coaches, has decided to retire as only Cody McKenzie can.
McKenzie lost via knockout earlier this week while competing for M-1 Global in Russia, which was his second straight defeat and third loss in his last four overall.
Back in 2013, McKenzie (15-6) made his final appearance for the UFC, losing to Sam Stout via decision. The bout was remembered for the fact that he fought with a pair of just-purchased shorts on that still had the sales tag.
I'm done fighting I would call it retiring but I never made no money so yea I quit.

McKenzie earned UFC wins over Aaron Wilkinson, Marcus LeVesseur and Leonard Garcia, starting his MMA career 12-0.
