Todd Duffee attempted to call-in to an MMA show on Wednesday to talk a possible future fight with former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir.
Duffee (9-2) scored an impressive 33-second knockout of Anthony Hamilton this past December after returning from a battle with Parsonage Turner Syndrome that kept him on the sidelines for two years.
Mir, meanwhile, defeated Antonio Silva in February to halt a four-fight losing streak. He is 17-9 overall, and holds wins over the likes of Roy Nelson, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Mirko Cro Cop.
“He is hiding,” Duffee said. “Number 11 is the gate keeper he already fought rankings up. Time for him to pay up and b on the other side.”
