Tim Kennedy To Call Out Next Opponent Through Facebook Or Twitter

Tim Kennedy shouldn’t have any trouble finding an opponent, especially after stopping Rafael Natal at yesterday’s UFC Fight For The Troops 3. The end came with 20 seconds remaining in the opening round.

In a few days, expect some sort of challenge to be thrown out via social media. Kennedy is a major fan of Facebook and Twitter to help make fights happen.

“I’m not going to call anybody out right now,” said Kennedy at the post-fight conference. “I’m going to wait until I get back to Twitter and Facebook. Then I’m going to fire relentlessly.”

The win also gave Kennedy his first Knockout of the Night honor with the popular $50,000 attached.

Kennedy is 17-4 and joined the UFC when Strikeforce closed their doors in January. His other UFC win came from former Strikeforce fighter Roger Gracie.

The middleweights closed UFC Fight For The Troops 3. It came from Fort Campbell in Kentucky yesterday, November 6. For complete play-by-play results from the card, FightLine has them here.
