Starting this evening with World Series of Fighting: Moraes vs. Hill, over 30 bouts are set for three fight cards – and all of them on network television.
With all that action, it’s tough to narrow down just three bouts that are can’t-miss fights, but we’ve done our best.
Check out those three fights below:
Marlon Moraes vs. Josh Hill/WSOF 18
The 26-year-old Moraes (14-4-1) hasn’t lost since 2011, including recent wins over Cody Bollinger, Josh Rettinghouse, Tyson Nam and Miguel Torres. To say he’s one of the more under-the-radar stars in MMA would be an understatement.
So far, the WSOF has done a solid job of building Moraes into a giant in the bantamweight division. He’s held the title since early last year and is well on his way to cracking the overall Top-5 in the division.
With the MMA world focused squarely on the Thursday night card, Moraes has an excellent opportunity to shine vs. Hill, an unbeaten youngster himself.
Hill (10-0) has scored four finishes among his 10 pro bouts, and could do wonders for his career with an upset.
