Fellow UFC fighters sounded off on Vitor Belfort’s incredible head-kick knockout of Dan Henderson Saturday night at UFC Fight Night 32.
The win was the third straight of the KO variety for Belfort, and the first time Henderson’s been stopped in his MMA career .
“WOW, old school Vitor Belfort came to bang and throw,” Roy Nelson posted. “Love it, miss those fighters.”
Ryan Bader took it a step further, posting, “Great night of fights, tons of finishes. Vitor looked very impressive.”
Another fighter, Derek Brunson, wrote “Vitor has to be the baddest 36 year old man in the world!”
Belfort likely secures himself a future middleweight title fight with either current champion Chris Weidman or Anderson Silva, who challenges for the belt in December.
