Rose Namajunas made a name for herself when she reached the finals of the first-ever UFC female strawweight tournament.
Namajunas lost to Carla Esparza, but she remains a viable contender in the 115-pound division.
As she prepares for her second UFC appearance against Nina Ansaroff at UFC 187, the 22-year-old posted a very candid and honest message on Instagram.
A post you probably won't see other fighters make. I did not feel good today, I did not #getmygrindon or whatever cliche hash tag fighters make. No matter how hard I tried I could not do anything right in wrestling practice today and I got handled. It only can make me better. Time for some rest and back at it tomorrow! @grudgetrainingcenter @badboybuggies @hbpizza @olliesoutlet @autodynasty @khimanagement @ezgovehicles @ufc
