Chris Leben, who announced his retirement from MMA following a 2014 loss to Uriah Hall, was arrested last week in his new hometown of San Diego.
According to documents posted online by the San Diego Sheriff’s office, Leben was arrested on six charges, including possession of an assault weapon. He was released on $100,000 bail with a court date of August 8 set.
Leben, who fought for 12 years in the sport, was an alum of The Ultimate Fighter’s first season. The 35-year-old was also arrested on vandalism and trespassing charges.
