BJ Penn Dominates & Stops Diego Sanchez In The 5th Round
BJ Penn Dominates & Stops Diego Sanchez In The 5th Round You can now believe all of the hype surrounding BJ Penn being anointed as the most dominant lightweight champion in UFC history. After Penn’s 5Round beat down of challenger Diego Sanchez, he has solidified his legacy as one of the best lightweights to ever fight.

The talk coming into “UFC 107: Penn vs. Sanchez” was how dangerous of an opponent Sanchez was going to be for Penn because of his relentless effort and conditioning.

Instead, Penn was the one who looked fresh at the end of the fight, while Sanchez was bloodied and battered.

Not only is Penn one of the best Jiu-Jitsu fighters in MMA, but he’s nearly impossible to take down and has great striking to match.

From the outset of tonight’s fight, Penn dropped Sanchez with a right hook that set the tone for the rest of the bout.

Of all things, it was a right head kick that ended Sanchez’ night after the doctor looked at a huge cut that opened up on his forehead due to the kick.
