UFC 106 Medical Suspensions Issued, Ten Fighters Suspended The Nevada State Athletic Commission announced that a total of ten fighters who competed on last weekend's UFC 106 card will be forced to sit on the sidelines after sustaining various injuries in their fights. Main eventer Forrest Griffin could be out of action for up to six months due to a injury to his right foot.

- Forrest Griffin (right foot injury) until May 21, may be cleared early but minimum suspension until Dec. 22 with no contact until Dec. 13

- Anthony Johnson (precautionary reasons) until Dec. 22 with no contact until Dec. 13

- Paulo Thiago (nasal-bridge cut) until Dec. 22 with no contact until Dec. 13

- Jacob Volkmann (scalp and nasal-brudge cuts) until Dec. 6

- Luiz Cane (possible right orbital fracture) until May 21, may be cleared early but minimum suspension until Jan. 6 with no contact until Dec. 22

- Phil Baroni (left eyebrow and scalp lacerations) until Jan. 6 with no contact until Dec. 22

- Marcus Davis (broken nose and multiple cuts) until May 21, may be cleared early but minimum suspension until Jan. 6 with no contact until Dec. 22

- Brock Larson (broken nose) until May 21, may be cleared early but minimum suspension until Jan. 21 with no contact until Jan. 6

- George Sotiropoulos (cut over left eyebrow) until Dec. 22 with no contact until Dec. 13

- Jason Dent (possible left knee injury) until May 21, may be cleared early
