Quick Shots: Strikeforce Fast Rating, UFC 105 Weigh-Ins, Struve Re-Ups With UFC -- UFC 105: Couture vs. Vera is this Saturday. As always, we will be providing live coverage of the event, as well as streaming video of the pre-fight press conference, the weigh-ins and the post-fight press conference. Because the event is in the UK, the timings are as follows: We will stream the UFC 105 pre-fight press conference this Thursday at 8AM ET/5AM PT, the weigh-ins will be streamed live this Friday at 11am ET / 8am PT and the post-fight press conference will be streamed shortly after the event around 6:30pm ET / 3:30pm PT.

-- UFC heavyweight Stefan Struve (18-3) has signed a new four-fight contract which will keep him with the organization through 2011, according to Fighters Only Magazine. Struve is coming off of recent victories over Chase Gormley and Denis Stojnic, and is expected to replace the injured Todd Duffee against Paul Buentello at UFC 107 on December 12.

-- The fast NTI rating for CBS's Saturday Night Fights was a 1.7 with 3.79 million viewers. According to TVByTheNumbers.com, that rating is only for the primetime portion from 9p-11pm, so it doesn't include the Fedor vs. Rogers fight. The show won several key demos, including winning the 10pm-11pm hour with adults 18-49, as well as winning every half four with men 18-34. The show was first in adults 18-49 (1.7/05), adults 18-34 (1.7/06), men 25-54 (2.4/07), men 18-49 (2.3/07), men 18-34 (2.2/08) and tied for first in adults 25-54 (1.7/05 with both NBC and ABC). We will have more detailed news on the rating when the the final numbers are released tomorrow.
