The roller coaster ride that has been Paulo Filho’s MMA career has taken yet another twist. Just two days before the troubled fighter was to meet Yoon Dong Sik at Dream.12, reports have surfaced claiming that company officials are unable to locate Filho and have pulled him from this Sunday’s show.
Filho’s manager, Ed Soares, confirmed the news this morning with MMAJunkie.com. Although he didn’t go into specifics about Filho’s situations, he did say that the talented grappler was “OK.”
It is believed that Tarec Saffiedine will step-in on less than 48-hour’s notice to compete inside the Osaka Castle Hall in Osaka, Japan.
