MMAJunkie.com is reporting that the featherweight fight between Rafael Assuncao and Yves Jabouin has been promoted to the Versus-televised main card of WEC 43.
It was reported last night that Alex Karalexis had injured himself and would be forced out of his fight against Anthony Pettis.
Instead of finding a replacement, the organization is moving forward with what they have.
WEC 43 takes place inside the Covelli Center in Youngstown, Ohio, with a main event between Donald Cerrone and Benson Henderson for the WEC interim lightweight title.
