The UFC has just announced that Vladimir Matyushenko will be returning to the Octagon to face Igor Pokrajac at UFC 103.
Matyushenko stakes claim to an impressive 22-4 pro record, however was only 3-2 during his two-year run in the UFC back in 2003. To his defense, his losses came against a pair of future UFC champs in Andrei Arlovski and Tito Ortiz.
Pokrajac is currently riding an eight-fight winning streak, however this will be his first tango under the UFC’s bright lights. The Cro Cop Team-trained fighter has finished in 18 of his 21 career wins.
