Real Reason For Forrest Griffin Bolting After Loss To Anderson Silva
Real Reason For Forrest Griffin Bolting After Loss To Anderson Silva Refuting a report in the Telegraph in the U.K. that Forrest Griffin was unable to hear in one ear and suffered a dislocated jaw after his first-round knockout loss to Anderson Silva last Saturday night, MMAWeekly.com is reporting that the reason that Griffin rushed to the back was simply because he was emotional.

MMAWeekly.com was able to confirm with representatives from Griffin's management group that the former UFC light heavyweight champion is physically fine following the fight last Saturday.

While he had suffered no broken jaw and is physically fine, his representative noted that Griffin was not emotionally taking the loss well.

This was not the first time that Griffin bolted after suffering a loss. Griffin had also ran back to the locker room in tears after suffering a first round knockout loss to Keith Jardine at UFC 66 in December of 2006.
