Forrest Griffin vs. Anderson Silva

Griffin came out to a huge reaction, the biggest of the night so far. Silva was roundly booed during the introductions and seemed surprised by the response.

Round 1: Loud "Let's go Forrest" chant at the start of the fight. Both fighters are feeling each other out in the first minute. Griffin went for a kick and Silva caught his foot, but Griffin was able to get back to his feet. Silva was pushing forward and dropped Griffin with a right hand. He nailed Griffin with a right hook as he got back up. Silva looked really aggressive and was picking away at Griffin. He motioned to him saying "Let's go" and rocked Griffin again, and almost looked like he was going to finish him. Silva looked amazing with his standup. Right as I typed that, Silva was walking away and nailed Griffin with a right jab and knocked him out. Griffin just ran to the back after the fight ended. Complete domination from Silva.
