Scrappy lightweight Jim Miller will be taking on Thiago Tavares inside the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Miller posted a convincing unanimous decision win over Mac Danzig at UFC 100 last month.

Tavares, on the other hand, has dropped three of his last five contests, however won his last fight against Manny Gamburyan at UFC 94 back in January.

In addition to that scrap, The Ultimate Fighter 8 contestant Eliot Marshall will face Jason Brilz at the September 19th event. The event is headlined by Rich Franklin squaring off against former UFC light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort.
