VERSUS.com is reporting that a foot injury has forced Japanese bantamweight Kenji Osawa out of his WEC 42 fight with Rani Yahya.

WEC newcomer John Hosman has agreed to step in on short notice to take on the MMA veteran.

WEC 42 will be taking place on Aug. 9, and will air live on the Versus Network.
