 Spike and the UFC have announced that the “Countdown to UFC 99" show will debut on June 9th and will follow both Wanderlei Silva and Rich Franklin through their training camps as they prepare for the biggest fights of their respective UFC careers.
UFC 99 will almost mark the UFC’s first event in Germany where many have already criticized the sport for even making an attempt to enter their country.
Either way, both Silva and Franklin will look to get their careers back on track with an impressive win. Both are coming off of losses and will fight at a catchweight of 195lbs.
No matter the outcome though, Rich Franklin has already stated his preference of staying at 205lbs.
