Troy "Rudeboy" Mandaloniz Cut By The UFC
By Jacob Camargo | February 27, 2009
The UFC has cut Troy Mandaloniz following his hard fought unanimous decision loss to Paul Kelly at UFC 95. Mandaloniz was 1-1 in the UFC and he has become the latest victim of the UFC’s recent wave of roster cuts.
Writing on BJ Penn.com earlier, Mandaloniz had this to say about his departure: "I thought I showed them what I was made of, but I guess not. I don't think I see too many other fighters out there fighting with the same passion and intensity that I bring".
Mandaloniz also doesn’t rule out a return to the UFC by saying: "I'm a fighter that people want to see fight and maybe one day after I prove myself again I could be back in the UFC”.
