 George Roop has agreed to fight at Ultimate Fight Night 18. The show will lead in to The Ultimate Fighter on April 1. Earlier today we reported that the event will take place at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium and will serve as a lead in to The Ultimate Fighter Season 9.
A member of the Ultimate Fighter 8 cast, Roop is coming off of a razor thin split decision against Shan Nelson at the series Finale back in December. Roop did well on the show defeating Roli Delgado and John Polakowski before falling to runner-up Phillipe Nover in the semi-finals.
An opponent has yet to be announced.
