Kelly is becoming a fixture on UFC cards in England as UFC 95 would be his third for the UFC, all in England.

Mandaloniz meanwhile is coming off of a victory over Richie Hightower at the "Ultimate Fighter" Season 6 finale which took place over a year ago.

Both fighters love to stand-up and exchange and it seems like the UFC would love to put on a great fight for the English fans.
