 Mark Cuban’s HDNet publicly filed paperwork with the Securities and Exchange Commission to purchase the rest of the IFL’s assets. It was believed that Zuffa, LLC. would purchase the rest of the now defunct company, but instead it is Cuban’s HDNet that has offered up $650,000 to purchase the IFL.
The potential purchase would include all of the IFL’s intellectual property, its website, their entire media gallery (photos and videos), the ring and team trademarks.
As part of the deal, HDNet would also acquire all of the IFL’s broadcast contracts that it had signed during its two-year existence.
