 Since being stripped of his EliteXC lightweight title this past Friday, we haven’t heard anything from the camp of KJ Noons. After speaking to MMAJunkie over the weekend, it seems as though after stripping Noons, EliteXC also gave him a Monday deadline (today) to see if he still wants to compete for EliteXC.
According to various rumors, Noons had indicated that he was also considering going back to boxing full-time.
It does seem as though the Noons camp is willing to at least attempt to sort things out with EliteXC though as he did say, “we’re figuring it all out today.”
“I'll make a statement tomorrow if we can't get something worked out.” Noons continued.
Well tomorrow is today, so expect something from the Noons camp regarding his MMA future at some point today.
