After Dean Lister was forced to drop out of their proposed matchup, the UFC persuaded Goran Reljic, a Mirko Cro Cop understudy, to drop from light heavyweight to face the popular Brazilian fighter at middleweight. Now Leites reveals that this fight is off as well due to injury.

"I was training and heard that they’ve changed my opponent again," Leites told Tateme.com. "I was going to face Goran Reljic, he was coming down to my division, but he got hurt too. Now I don’t know who will I fight with. I was thinking and all the other guys from my division are with opponents. They said that I’ll fight, but I don’t know who."
