It seems that Chuck Liddell wasn't the only one willing to give Tito Ortiz a parting shot on his way out of the UFC. Adam Swift of MMAPayout is reporting that Ortiz has been served a cease and desist request from the UFC.

The request calls for Ortiz to discontinue distribution of his recently released book entitled, "This Is Going To Hurt". At issue is the the cover of the book, on which Ortiz appears wearing his UFC championship belt. The problem is that the belt is intellectual property belonging to the UFC and as such requires the UFC's approval before promotional use.
