EliteXC announced last night, during their Showtime broadcast of "Return Of The King", that they will be holding their next CBS event on July 26. The event will feature a title rematch between Robbie Lawler and Scott Smith.

The two men met previously at EliteXC's first CBS event and put on a brilliant back and forth performance before the fight was stopped in the third round due to an accidental finger in the eye. Official rules state that a title fight must go at least three rounds before it can be scored so it was ruled a "No Contest".

The site or rest of the card for the July 26 event have yet to be determined.
